These terms of service are compliant to French law and are relevant to fine art prints sold by Patrick Bosc on this website.
FINE ART PRINTS
Each print is unique and handcrafted.
There can be slight variations of color, contrast between images seen on this site and the print received. Each print is controled and approved by Patrick Bosc before shipping. Because every client has a different device with custom screen settings, it is not possible to have control on how he sees the image on this website. Therefor, these variations can't be an acceptable reason to cancel or return an order.
PRICES
Prices are not including shipping costs.
VAT do not apply.
No additional taxes for European Union citizens.
Other countries including UK : many of them impose duties or taxes. These fees are under responsibility of the customer and out of Patrick Bosc's control.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are added on prices given in the website upon checking out and before any payment, except for custom sized prints and Premium prints.
All prices can be modified without notice. However, the priced mentioned at the moment the checkout is of course the only valid price, for the customer.
PAYMENT
Payment are done only through Paypal safe system.
The currency accepted is Euro.
Full payment should be done at the moment of the order. Custom sized prints will require a quote accepted and signed by the client.
No shipping is sent before full payment. All orders are still property of Patrick Bosc untill full payment.
All international sales are final.

SHIPMENT
For mainland France, shipping is done with Colissimo and tracking. Handling and shipping costs are all included at the moment of the order.
For all other countries, shipment will be done with Colissimo, then once in the destination country, in the hands the local transporter company with tracking.
On delivery, the buyer must check and verify order conformity at the moment of delivery. In case the parcel is open or damaged, he is responsible to refuse the delivery and complain & repport to the transporter.
Patrick Bosc is not responsible for any damage done during transportation.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Patrick Bosc remains author of purchased prints and the only person having all exploitation rights, which he can sell or transfer as he wishes without giving notice to a fine art print buyer of that same image.
The customer buying a fine art print becomes owner of the object (the print itself) and can use it for his own needs (exemple : display in a private or public space). Ownership of the object (print) doesn't give him any rights on the image (intellectual property). In any case, he cannot copy, duplicate, use or exploit the image, whatever the purpose of this use, and whatever the medium, physical or online.
Such a use must be negociated aside and is subject to a transfer of exploitation rights contract.
